Interactive 3D explainers

A working 3D model of your machine or product, on one web page that runs offline. Visitors drive it, open each part and watch the numbers move.

Live · Swiss lever escapement

This is a Swiss lever escapement, the part of a mechanical watch that keeps time. One control drives the movement and the gauges read from the mechanism's own figures. Pick a part to isolate it, open a cutaway, or let the tour run and take over when you want.

Audience

Who it's for

  • Manufacturers showing how a machine works before a buyer sees one
  • Equipment dealers explaining what sets one model apart from another
  • Hardware and product companies with a mechanism inside the case
  • Training and education, where a part has to be taken apart to be understood
  • Sales teams who have to explain a mechanism in a meeting or on a call

Deliverables

What you get

  • One offline page

A single HTML file. It opens from a link, on a phone, or on a laptop with no connection, with nothing to install.

  • The video cut

The same tour rendered at 60 frames per second, for social posts, sales decks and screens that only play video.

  • Your real numbers

We calculate the gauges and readouts from your specs: speeds, ratios, pressures, tolerances.

  • A self-touring mode

The tour runs on its own at a booth or in a showroom and hands control to whoever touches it.

Process

How it works

  1. 01

    You send the source

Drawings, CAD exports, spec sheets or a reference unit we can measure.

  2. 02

    We build and check it

We model the mechanism, drive it from your figures and check the motion frame by frame against the source.

  3. 03

    You review

You review the page and the video. We make your changes before handoff.

How we work

How a change reaches production

The same five gates for our own products and for yours. Nothing reaches your customers on the strength of a demo.

  1. 01 · Isolate

    Its own branch and workspace

Every change starts in a separate copy of the code, so work in progress never touches what is live.

    git worktree add .worktrees/your-change
  2. 02 · Build

    Engineers with AI agents

Agents write and test code beside us. They hold no passwords: every call they make goes through our gateway, which checks it and logs it.

    agent → gateway → policy · audit · call
  3. 03 · Prove

    Evidence, then review

Tests, before-and-after screenshots of the running app, then independent reviewers. It does not move on until no serious finding is left.

    review: 0 high · 0 medium → pass
  4. 04 · Ship

    Deployed and checked live

The pipeline builds and deploys. Then we check the running service itself, not just a green build.

    replicas 1/1 · image sha matches · health 200
  5. 05 · Watch

    Checked every night

Each integration we run is tested against its provider every night, so a changed API is caught before your team notices.

nightly: each integration vs its provider
